Moontrader DELUX will only be activated if the exchange recognizes you as our referral.
An existing account on Binance can access unlimited version for free if it is not linked to a referrer (i.e. if the account is empty/clean/not linked by any referral links). To check this, go through the activation steps. If the account is 'clean', you will see the licence upgraded to GRAND level in your personal account. This licence offers the same functionality as DELUX and removes Moontrader's restrictions on the number of orders and trading volumes.
Add an IP limit if needed.
If you're already registered with Bybit but would like to upgrade to the unlimited license and receive bonuses, you can change your referrer once every 180 days. Once you have changed your referral tag, you will receive a free DELUXE licence and a monthly USDT commission rebate of up to 30%.

Unfortunately, OKX does not allow you to change your referrer, nor to check who your current referrer is. If you don't have an account yet, create one via our OKX link and follow the steps below to activate the program.
What is an 'empty / clean' account?
It is an account that wasn't linked to a referral code during registration. However, such a Binance account can receive GRAND status for free in Moontrader, which has no limits. To check this, follow the registration steps described above.
What if I don’t know who my referrer is? Can I find it out?
Unfortunately, Binance and OKX do not provide this option. For Binance, follow the free licence registration steps to see if your licence upgrades to GRAND. To check on Bybit, follow this guide.
What is the difference between the GRAND and DELUXE licences?
GRAND has the same features as DELUXE, with no limits on the number of orders or trading volumes, but no commission discounts for Binance accounts. DELUXE is granted via referral registration and activates all commission discounts and other program bonuses.
Can I activate DELUXE/GRAND on subaccounts?
Yes, if the main account meets the conditions, the subaccounts will also receive the licence free of charge.
How long does activation take?
Usually it takes 5-15 minutes after the terminal is first launched.
What is KYC, and why is it required?
KYC (Know Your Customer) is a mandatory identity verification process used by exchanges. It ensures security, prevents fraud and money laundering, and enables trading features/permissions via API keys.
What happens if I stop trading?
Your license will remain unlimited, but the commission bonus = 0 USDT if there is no trading activity.
